Café Mambo Ibiza is thrilled to announce its return to Peterborough for the third time with the highly anticipated event, Classics Under The Bridge, on Saturday 3rd May 2025 from 12:00 until 22:00.
This unique outdoor event will take place under the iconic Nene Flyover, offering a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for an unforgettable day of Ibiza classics!
Headlining the event will be two of the biggest names in the world of dance music, MARK KNIGHT & GOK WAN. Together, they will deliver DJ sets of global dance classics for guaranteed hands-in-the-air moments! They will be joined by a man synonymous with Space Ibiza - Brandon Block; rave pioneers Shades Of Rhythm; rising talent Carly Carmen who made her production debut on Toolroom, and loads more. Truly authentic and with a one-of-a-kind atmosphere - combined with the rare setting of this event - Classics Under The Bridge is an unmissable experience.

MARK KNIGHT
Grammy-nominated and the second highest-selling Beatport artist of all time (with no less than ten No.1’s), Mark Knight has released on some of the most revered dance labels in the world including BBE, Stereo and Saved, and founded one of the most successful dance music companies of all time in Toolroom, which marks 18 years in the businesses in 2021.
Drawing crowds in the tens of thousands at venues worldwide including elrow, Crssd Festival, Space Miami, Studio 338, Warehouse Project, Womb Tokyo, Exchange LA, and Amnesia Ibiza, Mark has also remixed some of the biggest names in music with significant crossover success, including Dido, Florence and the Machine, Sg Lewis and U2.
Mark’s extensive discography includes global hits like Man With The Red Face, Alright, Downpipe, All 4 Love along with production for bands such as Faithless and Underworld.
His weekly radio show on Toolroom Radio is syndicated globally, reaching over 15 million people in 60 countries across the world, while in 2021 Mark was invited to host his own weekly Friday night show on Kiss FM, one of the UK’s biggest national stations. In 2019, Mark also started to host a monthly Saturday night slot on Mi-Soul Radio, taking over from Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson who sadly passed away in late 2018.
Mark also remains a firm fixture on the worldwide club and festival circuit, with a number of key residencies around the world as a headline artist as well as touring under the Toolroom banner.
GOK WAN MBE
Gok Wan MBE is amongst the most respected and recognisable personalities across media and fashion, with award winning presenting on TV, critically acclaimed books and more recently, creating the Isolation Nation movement, whereby during the lockdown period of 2020, using his DJing and passion for uplifting and uniting people, Gok took to live streams to give his legion of followers, comfort escape and sanctuary during difficult
times.
Channelling his love of soulful, uplifting house, Gok used 2020 to press forward his foray into the music artistry, teaming up with up-and-coming producer Craig Knight and UK song writing and singing legend Kele Le Roc to release an up-to-date energy filled rendition of ‘Let Me Be Your Fantasy’. Gok rounded off a fast-moving 2020 by releasing his ‘Isolation Nation’ compilation, curated, and mixed by him, on world renowned house label Defected Records, preselling over 3000 copies leading to a subsequent Volume 2 compilation and releasing his first solo release ‘Right Direction’ on his newly minted Isolation Nation Records in 2021.
As the world opened up, Gok seized the opportunity to unite his Isolation Nation family further, with a national tour of venues, beginning at a sold-out Brixton Electric London and subsequently seeing capacity crowds gather in Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow all the way down to Torquay. This incredible movement was buoyed by Gok’s own touring, visiting numerous festivals and events, leading to him performing at the Glade Arena Glastonbury, Pride London, Bestival and in the main room at Amnesia Ibiza to rapturous crowds, as he released the euphoric ‘All Night Long’ single with Kumora featuring Kevin Haden, which to date has been heard on ITVs Love Island and enjoyed a top 40 hit position on iTunes.
Looking ahead, Gok plans to open up the Isolation Nation brand further to the hundreds of thousands of people reached by his streams, with the hope to unify all the people touched by his message, in the live event space, as well as spreading his love of music further and wider.
BRANDON BLOCK
Brandon’s incredible career started in 1985 at his local boozer in Harrow, before the emergence of Acid House in the late 80s brought numerous gigs at super clubs including Ministry of Sound, Turnmills and Miss Moneypenny’s and several appearances on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix. Brandon cemented his ‘superstar DJ’ status alongside Alex P on the legendary terrace at Space, Ibiza in the 90s.
His mission now is to take the awareness of Mental Health to new levels and continue to collaborate with the extraordinary people he meets every day… The Wonderful Journey Continues
SHADES OF RHYTHM
Formed by Rayan Gee, Nick Slater, and Lanx in Peterborough, UK, Shades of Rhythm emerged as pioneers of the early rave scene with their self-pressed album 'Frequency'. Their breakthrough tracks, including "Homicide," "Exorcist," and "Sound of Eden," catapulted them into the spotlight, leading to performances alongside legendary acts like The Prodigy and K-Klass at iconic venues such as The Haçienda. After signing with ZTT Records, they achieved multiple Top 20 hits in the UK National charts and appeared on Top of the Pops. Their enduring influence continues into the present day, with the group headlining major old-skool circuit events and performing at prestigious festivals like Glastonbury's Arcadia stage alongside Carl Cox.
